Reporting on donations will be given at the end of your donation period. All ideas and technology are the property of the researcher. dotcure.org is a new 'experiment' in the world of funding for disease.
Payments
You will receive 93% of the funds raised for your project minus fees from the payment processor, which will typically not be more than 5%. In certain cases and partnerships we will request a different split of revenues from advertising or large donations with you upon your agreement. Funds will be cleared at the end of the time period you choose as the 'fundraising period.' Donations are not tax-deductible unless arrangements are made directly with your institution. There is no implied relationship between the donor and recipient. Researchers are not required to contact donors or provide an accounting of where funds were used. Researchers are vetted to the best of our ability, but no guarantees are represented.
